Research idSHOP Client: id lab, Milano (2005) |

idSHOP,
an interaction design studio in Milan, contracted me to help them invent
a concept for an online shop presence. The process started with an "identity
search", conducted by setting up a collaborative "Wiki"
and creating a discussion among the community members.
The concept we arrived at was an online "merchandising shop". The idea was to ‘miniaturize” or scale down idLAB projects, both conceptually and physically. Most idLAB projects are space-related, event-related and temporary. idSHOP's aim is to extract desireable products from these projects. Products that embody some of the spirit of the projects; products to hold, buy and keep. |
